Breakout Session: Knowing Your Self-Worth is Power. Learn How to Use It.
Limited Capacity full

At some point, we will all find ourselves in situations where we are in the minority--but that doesn't mean we don't have a wealth of knowledge, perspective, and skills to offer. And for Sue Obeidi, an American Muslim woman working to improve the portrayal of Islam and Muslims in television and film, there is no tool more important in such situations than knowing her own value. For this workshop, Sue will engage participants in identifying, honoring, and cultivating the unique values they bring to the world and prepare them to carry that self-worth into their lives and careers.
